Ordering Concert  Images

We recommend using a computer for orders.

  1. Visit www.DancePro.com.au,

  2. Scroll down and click on the 'Buy Now' button under 'View Concert Photos',

  3. Select your dance studio,

  4. Enter the gallery login password (your studio would have sent this info out, put in the programme or message us),

  5. Choose event and the item/routine,

  6. You can click on the images twice to make it fullscreen and scroll through the gallery using the arrow keys,

  7. You can Favourite images to review using the star icon,

  8. Click the 'Buy Photo' button or the shopping cart icon.

  9. Select the media you would like to purchase:

  • 'Mini (low resolution) digital download images' are capped at 1MB. This low-quality budget friendly option is a good way to have a little memory of your time on stage.

  • 'Full Resolution digital download images' are all of the pixels. They are usually 6MB-14MB and are perfect for editing, cropping, saving, sending, sharing and uploading to social media. These are the best quality digital download images.

Photo orders will be automatically emailed within approximately an hour of your order. Ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your junk/spam mail folders.

Viewing & Downloading Concert Videos

  1. Visit www.DancePro.com.au,

  2. Click on the 'Watch Now' button under 'Watch Concert Video Online',

  3. Select your studio and your current concert,

  4. Enter the login that your studio has sent you and students FULL NAME,

  5. You can watch your video on any device,

  6. Please download your video using a computer before the cut-off date. Click the 'Download this Video' button underneath the video or (if available) click the 'Download All' button in the top right-hand corner to download the entire concert,

  7. Save your video somewhere safe preferably in more than one place e.g. Computer, USB & backup hard drive.

DancePro will not send out login passwords for videos, please check with your dance studio.

Ordering Competition Media

  1. Visit www.DancePro.com.au,

  2. Scroll down and click on ‘Order Competition Media’,

  3. Select the competition,

  4. Enter your email address and the gallery login password (found on flyers, comp programme or contact us),

  5. Choose the competitor album that you would like to order from,

  6. Computer – click on the shopping cart icon under any image,
    Phone – click on any image and then the ‘Buy’ button,

  7. Select the media you would like to purchase:

  • COMPETITION VIDEO - High-definition digital download.

  • INDIVIDUAL PHOTO - Low-resolution or high-resolution digital download.

  • ENTIRE ROUTINE PHOTOS - DISOUNTED! All images from one routine. High resolution digital download.

  • COMPETITION PACKAGE - BEST VALUE! All high-resolution images & video from one routine.

 

For improvisation sections, you will receive all photos and/or videos from the whole section.

You cannot upgrade your video/photos to the package after purchase.

Delivery of Competition Media

Orders that contain PHOTOS ONLY will be automatically emailed within approximately an hour of your order. Orders that contain any VIDEOS (including packages) will be emailed manually within 7 days of your order. Links expire after 7 days and cannot be resent. Videos and packages are only available for a limited time! Please check your junk and spam folders.

Downloading & Viewing Competition Media

Unless you are familiar with using zip folders on your phone, we recommend a computer to download your media.

​

Android has no problem dealing with zip folders, however, they aren't great with a wide range of video formats. You may need to find a suitable video app. You can transfer the files to USB or computer. Files may be too large to message or email.

 

Using Safari on iPhone, you can download your zip folder and open it in the Files app. Click the zip folder to extract and then you can save the media to your camera roll by pressing the exprt (arrow up) button.

Zipped (compressed) files take up less storage space and can be transferred to other computers more quickly than uncompressed files. You can work with zipped files and folders in the same way that you work with uncompressed files and folders.

1. Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.

2. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Terms & Conditions

  • In theatres, copyright and child protection laws prevent patrons from photographing or videoing performers whilst they are on stage.

  • While we aim to capture great images of every dancer on stage, this is not always possible due to equipment, lighting and positioning of the dancers and camera.

  • Images will print darker than they appear on your screen.

  • Not all images are suitable to print.

  • Images are downloaded as a .zip file and may not be compatible with all mobile devices. We recommend using a computer for orders and downloads.

  • All images are for personal use only. Digital Download images can be emailed, saved, edited and uploaded to social media for non-commercial uses.

  • Use of DancePro media (photos & videos) for promotion/publicity for or in conjunction with a business falls outside of the Personal License that you have purchased. Please get in contact with us if you would like to use DancePro media for your business social media or website.

  • Media cannot be used in any manner that generates an income (this does not include prizes or prize money). Please get in contact to discuss commercial media licenses.

  • If you purchased any digital images, we do not offer a refund. If you viewed your images online and accepted the terms of purchase, this signified that you were satisfied with the images photographed. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with your images and ensure the subject is in focus (not blurry).

  • Discount/Coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase, we cannot add codes after your purchase.

  • By checking and signing for your media at the competition, you have signified that you are satisfied with the product. There are no refunds on digital products. Please check your media order is correct.

  • We take the well-being and safety of your children seriously; all galleries are locked with a login password. Please do not share the gallery password publicly on social media or other forums.

  • USBs may not be compatible with every model of TV or media player.

  • If you are experiencing playback issues on your computer, transfer the files from the USB onto the hard drive. Ensure you are using VLC Player.

  • Please remember to back up your digital dance media to a computer or external hard drive to prevent loss.

We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal or business affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support.

2.3. Additionally, we may also collect any other information you provide while interacting with us.

DancePro Photography & Video collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our website and when we provide our services to you. We may receive personal information from third parties. If we do, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.

4.1. DancePro Photography & Video may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs.

4.2. DancePro Photography & Video may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, sms or mail.

5.1. We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.

5.2. We may from time to time need to disclose personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.

5.3. We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of DancePro Photography & Video, www.DancePro.com.au, its customers or third parties.

5.4. Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of Australia.

5.5. If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

5.6. By providing us with personal information, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the types of disclosure covered by this Policy. Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third party follow this Policy regarding handling your personal information.

6.1. DancePro Photography & Video is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

6.2. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

 

7. Access to your personal information

7.1. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you would like a copy of the information, which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email us at info@dancepro.com.au.

7.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

 

8. Complaints about privacy
